Prevent mold and stains
Eggs are exposed to different temperatures and humidity levels in the supply chain, which can lead to condensation. Moisture damages the eggshell and promotes mold growth. Immediate, rapid ventilation at the new storage location allows the condensation to evaporate quickly and the protective layer of the eggshell remains intact.
Making compulsory stabling more pleasant
In the event of compulsory confinement due to the H5N8 influenza A virus, farmed birds must remain indoors for an indefinite period. The concentration of harmful gases and germs can increase in closed stables. Our hose ventilation offers a solution: it ensures a continuous, draught-free supply of fresh air, providing the animals with fresh outside air around the clock as if they were outdoors.

How CAT3000® ventilation works:
An energy-saving high-performance fan conveys circulating air into an individually manufactured ventilation hose. The constant air flow from the nozzles in the hose quickly brings the goods to room temperature and prevents condensation. Installed on the ceiling, the ventilation keeps the storage area clear.
The material meets the strict requirements of the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 and can be washed and disinfected.
