Since 2024, the Dotzler farm in Hirschau has been relying on the innovative CAT3000® hose ventilation system from Dr. Knopf and Oswald – a decision that has proven itself in many respects. The ventilation system adapts to the respective conditions and enables the animals to be supplied with cooling fresh air without draughts.

Last summer, none of the 120 dairy cows showed signs of heat stress such as increased panting – a problem that was common before the CAT3000® was installed. The targeted distribution of fresh air ensures continuous cooling and thus increases both the health and performance of the animals.

The Dotzler farm is convinced: “The decision to use the CAT3000® ventilation system was one of the best measures to optimize the climate in the barn. The farm also unreservedly recommends the hose ventilation system to other farmers.
