Since 2023, our system has ensured a pleasant barn climate for 125 cows

The Kumlehn Holsteins farm in Holzminden has been relying on CAT3000® hose ventilation from Dr. Knopf & Oswald since 2023 – for a perfect barn climate. Thanks to the precisely positioned nozzles, the fresh air is distributed evenly throughout the barn so that the cows benefit from constant air circulation.

Especially on hot summer days, hose ventilation for cows ensures that heat stress is avoided. The cool and draught-free climate increases the well-being of the animals and contributes to better health and performance of the herd. The air quality is also improved, which supports species-appropriate husbandry.

Kumlehn Holsteins is delighted with the efficient barn ventilation system and appreciates the expert advice and smooth implementation of the project. The decision to install the CAT3000® ventilation system was an important step towards optimizing the barn conditions in the long term.
