After a thorough consultation with our experts, we come to you personally to discuss and measure the structural situation on site. Using this data, we will provide you with an individual quotation for the ventilation system, which is tailored to your barn.

Individual planning with airflow program

Based on the analysis results, we create an individual plan with the latest air flow technologies for your business. After receiving your order, we manufacture a ventilation hose for your ventilation system based precisely on our measurements. We also put together suitable fans, wall ducts and installation materials. You will be informed of the dimensions of the wall opening for the structural preparation.

Professional installation by our team or self-assembly

After testing the hose aeration system, in which we test the function and air flow speed at the height of the animals and make any necessary adjustments, we pack and ship your CAT3000® hose aeration system. With the enclosed installation instructions, the installation of the hose aeration system is easy and simple to carry out. Optionally, the system can also be installed by the Dr. Knopf & Oswald installation team. The CAT3000® hose ventilation system can be put into operation immediately. Please note: The hose ventilation system must be connected by an electrician.

In our CAT3000® systems, we deliberately use a fabric that is easily permeable to air. This special material prevents the formation of condensation in and on the hose, which successfully prevents mold, algae growth and dripping condensation, which often occur with tight plastic hoses or pipes.

CAT3000® Cool Cow System

For particularly warm regions, we have developed a special evaporative cooling system in combination with CAT3000®. This can cool the air by 6-8°C with a low energy requirement.
