As a sales representative in the field, you are the link between innovative barn technology and on-site practice. You advise farms, find individual solutions and actively contribute to the success of our CAT3000® system.

Your tasks – practical & customer-oriented

  • Acquire new customers and support and expand existing customer relationships
  • Individual advice on site – you will find suitable solutions for different barn concepts
  • Create offers and conduct sales negotiations independently
  • Product presentations and training courses for customers, partners and at events
  • Market observation and competition analysis – you recognize potential early on
  • Maintenance and documentation in the CRM system – structured work is a matter of course for you

What you bring with you

  • Experience in field service, ideally in the field of agriculture or agricultural technology
  • Professional consulting expertise and communication skills – you speak the language of farmers
  • Independent, goal-oriented and reliable way of working
  • Understanding of animal husbandry and knowledge of agricultural practice
  • Driving license class B / BE – for flexible assignments in the entire sales area

As a fitter and service technician (m/f/d) for our CAT3000® hose ventilation systems, you work where innovation meets stable climate. You install our systems directly in the barn, help customers – and make sure that everything runs smoothly.

Your tasks

  • On-site assembly and installation of CAT3000® systems – with technology that revolutionizes the barn climate
  • Maintenance and repair – you get everything back in shape when things go wrong
  • Collaboration with sales – you clarify technical details and help with the perfect setup
  • Documentation – you record what you do and give valuable feedback to the team
  • Quality and safety – you work cleanly, reliably and professionally

What you bring with you

  • Experience in the assembly of technical systems or technical know-how
  • An agricultural background is desirable
  • Technical understanding and enjoyment of practical work
  • Team spirit and good communication – internally and with customers
  • Willingness to travel – you like to be on the road
  • Driving license class B / BE

Our application process

in four steps

1 telephone interview

The first step is a short interview with your contact person. You will then receive an e-mail inviting you to meet in person, or a rejection.

2 Getting to know each other personally

The personal meeting takes place either via Zoom or in our office in Aßling. We will discuss all the details and you will then receive an invitation to the trial day or a rejection.

3 Taster day

On the taster day, you will get to know the team, gain an insight into the day-to-day business and complete exercises relating to your area of responsibility. You will then receive feedback (acceptance/rejection) by e-mail.

4 Setting

In the 4th step, the contract is signed and onboarding begins.
