Field sales representative for CAT3000 hose ventilation (m/f/d) Full-time
Your tasks:
- Active acquisition of new customers and support for existing customers in the field
- Expert advice on our CAT3000 product and individual solutions for animal housing
- Preparing offers and conducting sales negotiations
- Carrying out product presentations and training courses on site
- Market and competition analyses to identify potential
- Maintenance of CRM data and reporting to management
Your profile:
- Experience in field service, ideally in the agricultural sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, goal-oriented and reliable way of working
- Affinity with animals and understanding of the needs of farmers
- Class B / BE driver’s license

Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the organization and management of the office
- Coordination and optimization of administrative processes
- Management and motivation of the office team
- Preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial plans

Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or a relevant course of study
- Several years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a medium-sized company

Fitter (m/f/d) for CAT3000 hose ventilation
Your tasks:
- Assembly and installation of CAT3000 hose ventilation systems on site in animal stables
- Carrying out maintenance and repair work
- Collaboration with the sales team to clarify technical requirements
- Training customers in the use of the system
- Documentation of the work carried out and feedback to management
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Your profile:
- Experience in the assembly of technical systems or comparable systems
- Craftsmanship and technical understanding
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel and flexibility
- Class B/ BE driver’s license

Our application process
in four steps
1 telephone interview
The first step is a short interview with your contact person. You will then receive an e-mail inviting you to meet in person, or a rejection.
2 Getting to know each other personally
The personal meeting takes place either via Zoom or in our office in Aßling. We will discuss all the details and you will then receive an invitation to the trial day or a rejection.
3 Taster day
On the taster day, you will get to know the team, gain an insight into the day-to-day business and complete exercises relating to your area of responsibility. You will then receive feedback (acceptance/rejection) by e-mail.
4 Setting
The 4th step is the signing of the contract and the start of onboarding. Welcome to the Dr. Knopf & Oswald team.
